The Finance Committee  shall study, report recommend and implement an annual operating budge for consideration of the Executive Committee on or before June 30 of each year and shall recommend a campaign budget after consultation with the Campaign Committee.  At time will help with Activities and work directly with the DEC Treasurer  Judy Craig
